The Jordan Neoprene Covered Kettlebell 28kg has a cast iron handle and bell with a covered base to protect the floor and kettlebell. Kettlebell’s can be used for a wide range of exercises such as Deadlift, Squats, Kettlebell Swings and Russian Twists. Kettlebells are great for use in a class or for home use.
